The Facts Are Biased

So Republicans are whining about the brilliant Milbank/VanDerHei piece that ran in yesterday's Post. Apparently, they think it's unfair for the media to call Bush on his lies. Have they considered that maybe the reason the Post reported that Bush is being unusually negative and dishonest is because Bush is being unusually negative and dishonest? Just a thought.

And if they're so upset about it, they might want to try not lying for a change.

UPDATE: The more I think about this one, the more disgusting it is. What can you say about a journalistic culture where basic fact checking is so rare that a single instance of it causes such outrage from the liars you're checking, who accuse you of being unfair despite being unable to identify a single point on which your article is unfair?

Well, I guess you can say it's one where the Republicans are in charge.
