Next Time We Torture People, We Won't Tell CBS
Today's NYT:
"We will no longer, in any circumstances, hood any of the detainees," General Miller said. "We will no longer use stress positions in any of our interrogations. And we will not use sleep deprivation in any of our interrogations."
It was okay to use them before, but now that people know we were doing it, it absolutely has to stop immediately.
Exceptions to any of the new regulations would require his direct approval, he said.
Unless I decide it's okay.
