And Kerry Was Going to Get the Message How?

It's not entirely clear what the threat was or why he sent it, but I found this odd:
The e-mail was sent to CNN newsman Wolf Blitzer and the White House, according to court documents.
Did it not occur to him that the best way to submit a threat to John Kerry would have been to email John Kerry rather than Wolf Blitzer and George W. Bush?
Then again, he is crazy, so maybe I'm expecting too much.
